OUR FITNESS CHALLENGES ARE DEDICATED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE JUST STARTING THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY AND/OR TRYING TO GET BACK ON TRACK. THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO TEST YOUR ABILITY AND HAVE A COMMUNITY THAT IS GOING TO HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE. WE ARE FAMILY DOING OUR LEVEL BEST TO PUSH PEOPLE TO SEE THE FITNESS GOALS THEY DESERVE.
